How is your organization really doing when it comes to cross-cultural leadership? Our Pulse Check is a quick diagnostic tool – a series of reflective questions – to help you gauge the current climate and identify areas for improvement. We encourage you to take our Pulse Check by answering the following questions about your organization. Be as honest as possible, and try to adopt an objective perspective (as if you were an outside observer assessing your organization). This will give you a clearer picture of where you stand.
After reflecting on these questions, you’ll have a better sense of areas where your organization shines and areas that might need attention.
